I was expecting this.

I really loved it, the line art was superb and the animation was nice and clean. However, it lacked the usual randomness the 1st and 2nd one had.

I must say, I could see so many animation cheats in this animation, it was very horrid.
As for the jokes, they were semi decent so i shall give you a one for that. Work on using the smoothness in your line art, you will improve.

I used to play metal slug all the time with my friends, and this is a great submission to remember a good game like this ;)

Not as good as you said it was.

Now, as you may have put some effort in, I can see many animation cheats that totally ruin the whole animation all together. Stretch animation isn't the way to go.

As for the dick jokes, find something more original.

Maybe you'll finally realize it's not about quantity, but quality.
